Job Description
Maintain all electrical wiring, equipment and apparatus in line with manufacturer standard and in line with planned maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot any equipment problems or performance issues and implement repairs or improvements as identified and agreed by Team Leader or Supervisor.
Carry out predictive maintenance check on all wiring and electrical apparatus as directed.
Ensure all regular checklist and maintenance requirements are carried out on all wiring and circuitry.
Interpret and follow circuit diagrams and technical details or specifications.
Carry out and assist on new electrical installations.
Identify material and spare part requirements and generate request to ensure adequate inventory and cover for future maintenance plans and requirements.
Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene at all times.
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping in work area at all times and minimize waste wherever as possible.
Maintain all tools and company equipment used in good order.
Follow company Health and Safety standards and report any

incident that does not conform to safe working practice to Supervisor immediately.

Monitors daily tool performance and implements containment action to improve both availability and yield.
Generates mechanical design for tool improvement, UPH, yield, and availability.
Supports major downtime for automation equipments.
Plans, schedules, and implements of any given project (Fab and Back- end).
Designs tool upgrades for Fab and Back- end (Mechanical and PLC program modification).
Prepares weekly update report on tool performance.
Reports major downtime for Fab and Back-end to the Management during Ops meeting.
Attends weekly maintenance meeting.
Coordinates with the vendor for major projects.
Troubleshoots automation tools such as SCARA Robot, Robo Cylinders, Al-Tech Loader and Unloader, AMB Loader, Fravinz Loaders, Al-Tech Unloader.
Supports start-up automation tools.
Active participation as SPC member.

Machine Operator and Machine mechanic

Making sure that all equipments are at normal condition.
Ensures that PM activities are done as per schedule.
Support production on any related machine trouble in a timely and accurate manner. Perform machine downtime analysis and accordingly act with solid corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure the equipment attain minimum downtime as well as low breakdown occurrence.
Design PLC program for new machine in most feasible, efficient and reliable approach based on the production requirements and specifications.
Modify PLC program of the idle and scrap machine for additional unit in production line.
