 Maintain document processing and document retention

 Retain and be able to retrieve all correspondence, reports,
drawings, sketches, instructions, minutes of meetings,
submittals, requests-for-information, payment requests,
variations, tenders, contracts and all project documents.
 Ensure proper file codes are indicated on each document and
that proper redundant or subject files are maintained.
 Carry out various functions related to document control,
archive, document imaging and maintenance of
databases/registers.
 Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares
document transmittals.
 Performs document quality check in accordance to Company
document control procedures.
 Ensure the timely turn-around of documentation issued
internally or received externally
