• Lead database administrator team, consist of 3 people for operation support.
• Involve and lead the DBA activity to support project and make sure it is within the timeline.
• Manage storage, physical and logical structure through analyse and evaluate the grow of physical structures and resource of server
• Manage security database and network administration
• Plan, create and analyse the backup and recovery strategy
• Monitoring the performance and provide in depth analyse to tune the database to provide the best performance for application
• Provide in-depth technical support about architecture of AMDOCS distributed database, Real Application cluster AMDOCS application, timesten.

• Migration machine for timesten on E25k to M9k
• Migration customer database from solaris to linux and from single DB to RAC DB
• Upgrade database Amdocs from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5
• Moving Database P0AMC1 for Monitoring from E25k to T5220
• Upgrade Amdocs billing system from ver7 to ver8.1

BSCS Billing System
 Prepare and running Control Group for all billing cycles. This is to ensure high quality of Excelcom billing process and to recognize problems in database or billing cycle module (PBCH, BCH and BGH) before go to real bill process.
 Prepare and execute real bill process. This is the most crucial process of BSCS batch module, which cannot be roll back.
 Do the daily calls detail rating for subscribers and for external carriers (for reconciliation with other telecommunication operator) using batch modules (TEH, FIH, DRH, AIH, RIH, RIC, RLH, ILH)
 Do testing for new version of CDR and billing modules, defects fixing and first level troubles shooting before escalated to vendor (LHS)
 Support customer services for all related to Billing Customer matters.
 Responsible for International Roaming module including setup a new roaming partner, creating TADIG file, produce TAP Certificate for TADIG file from roaming partner.
 Support for all International Roaming partner related to TADIG file matters.
 Members of New Billing Project for new International Roaming partner module from Amdocs Billing System (PRM : Partner Relationship Management)
