To monitor credit documentation & ensure security perfection of SME, Corporate credit
portfolio of Lahore West.
✓ Compliance of Shariah approved process flows/guidelines in documentation/timing related
to all transaction.
✓ Maintenance of data/records, reconciliations and preparation of various MIS reports
✓ Implementation of Bank’s policies, procedures and SBP Guidelines received from CAD-
HO/Manager CAD (Region) from time to time and also to ensure effective compliance.
✓ Analysis of security documents in order to check compliance of security requirements as per
credit approval & with special emphases on the guidelines lay down by SBP.
✓ To carry out all tasks as assigned by the Manager CAD-HO/Manager CAD (Region) from
time to time.
✓ Point out exceptions /shortfall (if any) in securities & intimate business group before
disbursement.
✓ Follow-up of observations pointed out by CAD & ensure timely ratification of the same.
✓ Custodian of security documents of SME/commercial Lahore West.
✓ Have a direct liaison with SBP/Internal/External auditors in order to ensure a smooth
conduction of audit & also to ensure on spot rectification of the objections if any & also to
minimization of irregularities in order to avoid any kind of consequent SBP penalties
✓ To maintain exception sheets, deferrals, insurance, valuation record & safe in safe out
movements of security documents
✓ Supervision of all other branches where SME Commercial portfolio of Lahore West is parked.
✓ Preparation of charge documents in the lines of sanction & ensure completion of legal
formalities as required by sanction to avoid any deviation from sanction.
✓ Preparation of Car Ijarah Documents.
✓ Review of Car Ijarah files before Disbursement through LOS
✓ Disbursement of Car Ijarah Cases in T-24.
✓ Tracker arrangements of Car Ijarah Hub cases and maintain record in T-24
✓ Updating Takaful MIS in System (T-24) and maintaining record of Takaful Policies in System.
✓ Issuance of Delivery Orders to customers after proper entries in T-24.
✓ Completion of formalities and scrutiny of Ijarah files before Safe In.
✓ Compliance of Shariah approved process flows/guidelines in documentation/timing related
to all transactions.
✓ Coordination with BSU for completion of formalities.
✓ Implementation of Bank’s Policies, procedures and SBP Guidelines received from CAD-
HO/Unit Manager CAD (Lahore) from time to time and also ensure effective compliance
✓ To carry out tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager CAD-HO/ Manager CAD (Central) from
time to time
Collection of Tuition Fees and Admission Fees of students from Montessori to HSSC and
maintaining proper records.
✓ Assigning Teaching Staff their time Schedule.
✓ Managing day to day and monthly expenses of Academy.
✓ Managing Detailed Data Entry of Students in System
✓ To Maintain record of attendance for teachers and students.
✓ To conduct test sessions and providing the students relevant test syllabus on weekly basis
✓ Composition of Question Paper and Conducting the tests timely.
✓ Front Desk management and handling complaints from students, teachers or parents of
students.
✓ Petty Cash management
✓ Account opening assignments as assigned by Branch Manager
