• Support the execution and coordination of mechanical maintenance activities for static equipment, including pressure
vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and piping.
• Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, client representatives, and field personnel to support safe and timely work
execution.
• Monitor repair and welding activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and HSE procedures.
• Assist in reviewing work packages, drawings, and inspection requirements prior to work execution.

• Supported maintenance work order activities using SAP PM (SMWP), including planning coordination, execution tracking,
technical documentation, and closeout processes for rotating and static equipment.
• Performed hands-on maintenance on centrifugal, magnetic drive, canned-motor, and liquid-ring pumps, including mechanical
seal failure analysis, API seal plan identification, and workshop overhauls.
• Independently investigated a fluid coupling failure as part of a live RCI, presented findings to the Operations Director, and
achieved conclusions consistent with the multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Rotated through Asset Integrity: reviewed RBI strategies, used Meridium APM for thickness trending and inspection planning,
and applied NDT methods including UT, ECT, and IRIS on heat exchangers and boiler tubes.
• Rotated through Reliability: observed online vibration monitoring (Bently Nevada 3500 / System 1), offline AMS route
collection, lube oil analysis, thermography, and FMEA-based PPM reviews.
• Completed case studies on PMDI heat exchanger cleaning validation, boiler tube integrity after a pH excursion, and
mechanical seal failure — each resulting in formal engineering reports.

• Performed complete overhauls of single-stage centrifugal pumps and gearboxes, including dismantling, inspection, repair, and
reassembly
• Conducted precision measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and bore gauges
• Prepared detailed technical reports and equipment data sheets to document repair findings and maintenance activities
