• Perform preparation, inspection, testing, and readiness checks on regulated industrial production materials before transfer to the next manufacturing stage,
following safety, quality, and procedure controls.
• Identify, isolate, troubleshoot, and correct faults during preparation and testing activities; segregate nonconforming items for dedicated rework and additional
technical attention when required.
• Support shift-based industrial operations across preparation and process areas, maintaining workflow continuity, operational discipline, handover awareness,
and controlled documentation practices.
• Coordinate administrative and operational follow-up across production (80+ employees), maintenance (25+), quality (14+), safety, logistics, storage,
development, finance, and administration teams.
• Prepare and follow up official correspondence, internal emails, timekeeping and leave records, training records, department directives, and pending actions to
improve traceability and execution.
• Use SAP MM for material request support and workflow follow-up, while maintaining Excel-based records and tracking sheets for administrative and
operational follow-up.
• Contributed to SAP implementation preparation by explaining department workflows, process steps, and operational requirements to the external
implementation team.
• Apply electrical knowledge and MBA-based understanding in operations management, resource planning, managerial accounting, and decision analysis to
support daily execution and business priorities.
