Handling customer, vendor and internal complaints received by customer servise section and make all necessary action to investigate and bring back the solution to customer service representive.
Follow up, collection and allocation of payments. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Reconciliation of accounts. Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Investigate and resolve customer queries. Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally. maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Directs activities concerned with contracts for purchase or rent of equipment, materials, products, or services. Prepares bids and process specifications.Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids.Negotiates contract with customer or bidder.Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. Finalizing and reviews contract.
Accurately and efficiently process and record routine checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Promote and advise on the bank's products and services.
Plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
