• Following Qualicoat (powder coating), Qualonod (chemical anodizing) and BSI Extrusion standards.
• Inspection of incoming, outgoing and in process material in daily basis, preparing Quality inspection reports.
• Very good knowledge handling QC inspection instrument, checking powder coating and interpreting shop drawings.
• Establish, direct, coordinate and perform Quality Control Departmental duties within Company Policies and Procedures.
• Inspection includes fabricated steel as well as aluminium structures dimensions/measurements as per drawing.
• Preparing and reviewing all inspection reports for compliance.
• Investigate and Prepare non-conformance reports.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet the set standards.
• Address quality issues to relevant personnel and discuss the measures to be taken to minimize quality risk.
• As working under QHSE Department, also experience in Factory Safety activities and regulations includes Dubai Municipality and OHSAS safety guidelines.
• Preparing and Conducting Safety/QC Training calendar to all categories of employees.
• Provide the workers and employees a safe and risk free environment.
• Ensure availability of prompt medical services in times of emergencies.
• Assist during external safety inspections and provide the officers with relevant information, Maintaining HSE Manual, Forms, Formats, Registers & Safety records.
KEPL is one of the specialized oil and gas contractor in the region; employing an average of 100 employees. Its prime business is the fabrication, erection and commissioning of all types of oil and gas structures including platform, air preheaters, bunkers, fuel feeding system and rotary equipment. Its scope of work covers the project Construction of 410TPH CFBC boiler.
• Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structure including Beam, Column, Platforms, Stair case, Canopy, Coal bunker, Tank, Air preheater, Feed Pump, Rotary Fan, Fuel Feeding system
• Preparing daily Progress report and inspection reports
• Site Safety Activities, Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personal safety
• Planning and organizing daily site works. Managing fabrication and site works including erection, welding and installation works
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards
• Attending Quality inspections for NDT tests like Radiographic Film interpretation, Visual welding inspection and Liquid penetrating Test.
• Monthly Project Bill Submission. Handled all hard copy and electronic filing, Responsible for all invoicing to and from clients and vendors.
