• Installation, Configuration and Administration of 1921, 1941 series Cisco Routers.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of 6500, 3750, 3560 series Cisco Switches.
• Installation and maintenance of network services for all the branches and the Head Office.
• Monitoring the branch network traffic via router.
• Daily activities involve configuration of VLANS, VTP, HSRP, ACCESS & TRUNK PORTS, EIGRP, STATIC ROUTES and maintaining the head office to branch connections.
• Provide network support for the main data center in maidan hawally and for the Data Center Disaster Recovery center (DR) in Osama Kems building.
• Maintenance of LAN networks and provide system support for end users.
• Maintain the data connection between the Head Office and the restaurants.
• Coordinate with the Internet Service Providers regarding the Data connection between the restaurants and the Head Office.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of 6500, 3750, 3560 series Cisco Switches.
• Configuration and Maintenance of 7921, 7925, 7942, 7961, 7962 series Cisco IP Phones using Cisco Call Manager 8.5.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of 800, 2800, 2900 series Cisco Routers.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of Cisco Standalone wireless access points.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of 5550 series Cisco ASA firewall.
• Daily activities involve configuration of VLANS, VTP, HSRP, ACCESS & TRUNK PORTS, IPPHONES and ACCESS POINTS.
• Provide IT support services to the contracted shops in Avenues Mall.
• Maintenance of Internet of all the Shops in the Mall.
• Coordinate with the Internet Service Providers regarding the Data connection between the shops and their Head Office.
• Provide network training to the junior staffs.
• Coordinating with the respective shop’s IT department for designing their internal network.
Installation, , configuration and maintenance of both windows and linux servers
•Maintenance of Domains using Webmin and maintenance of database using php-myadmin
•Backup of datas in Windows and Linux servers
