Responsiblities:
• Update the website with daily press release received from th agencies
• Maintain 5 websites and regular updates
• Converting PDF to Zmag(digital version of our publication)
• Designing HTML Newsltetter for email campaigns
• Prepare report for all the website at the end of the month
• Designing small web banner for the websites
• Deigning Newsletter and Flyers
• To train all the staff to maintain A high standard of service
• Managing and Rostering of 9 Staff
• To strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics
• Check overall opening and closing procedure on micros
• In the absence of the Restaurant Manager report directly to the F&B Manager
• Check for guest satisfaction and ensure smooth operations
• Check the restaurant overall before and after operation to ensure all equipment are in working condition
• Conduct briefings
• Conduct training on a weekly basis and check on product knowledge of the associates
• To perform all other tasks as requested by management
• To update and check all staff presence in the HEADS
• Every end of the month update the menu analysis
• Responsible for all documentation updates on a regular basis and fillings
