Job Description:
1)Assisting the Director to plan, develop, organize, implement and control future directions of the entire Project.
2)Designing various Office Areas, Shops, Showrooms & Custom made Furnitures.
3)Preparing layout plans like:- Furniture Layout Plan, Composite Ceiling Plan, Electrical Plan, Floor Pattern layout Plan, Shop Front Elevation & Internal elevations, Shop Drawings etc
4)Arranging Meetings with clients regarding Designs and Veriations as per site conditions and submitting proposals accordingly.
5)Full site surveying with pictures, Site measurements and As built drawings.
6)Estimating & Costing.
7)Preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
8)Preparing project schedule.
9)Coordinating & meeting with site facilites management to get necessory approvals, permits etc…. to execute the project.
10)Negotiating and Finalising with suppliers and sub contractors
11)Briefing & Supervising design details of project to the Site Engineers & Supervisors, Sub contractors, Foreman, Factory Manager & Carpenters etc.
12)Preparing and Ordering the list of materials.
13)Managing & Supervising the sites to execute the whole project according the design provided.
14)Issue weekly & monthly site progress reports and invoicing to client & consultant.
15)Ensure project End deadlines.

1) Excellent ability to read & review all the design drawings provided to execute the work.
2) Proficient in Auto Cad to do designs, plans, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or retail stores.
3) Excellent command over Auto CAD to prepare Designs, shop drawings & details.
4) Basic skills on MS Excel to prepare BOQs and MS Word to prepare work related documents.
