Project Engineer and Assistant Resident Engineer(A.R.E) skills:
• Reviewing and approving Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, Method statements and Shop Drawings
• Making Inspection for all Activities and Works at the site related to the civil and architect work and Work supervision at site
• Reviewing the Payment Invoices submitted by Main-contractor for approval accordance with the project progress.
•Reviewing the MEP coordination drawings submitted by the contractor
•Coordinating communication between client, Stakeholders and the contractor
•Expedite work progress as per Approved Baseline
•Providing technical Support to Execution and Management team.
•Conducting and attending weekly Progress Meetings
*Follow the subcontractors which they are doing the maintenance for the electrical, plumbing and finish work at the Golden Eagle Resort in Suez.
*Responsible for the new construction and the modification which done at the resort at this period.
•Checking plans, quantities, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
•Overseeing and managing the site labor force and sub-contractors.
•Resolving any technical queries and other problems that may crop up.
•Liaising with representatives who will include surveyors, Architects, and Designers.
