12.Set pricing guidelines & strategies among the fresh department

14. Help HR team by recruiting the best and qualified staff
15. Develop and design all training materials related to the business
16. Conduct and deliver training sessions
17. Deliver food safety training for the whole company ( Level 1, 2 & 3)
18. Develop and write all business manuals related to the fresh food departments
19. Conduct weekly and monthly operation audit for all the stores
20. Generate data and figures related to the audit and presented with the board members
21. Develop new ideas and sales technique in order to improve sales and service level
22. Ensure daily promotion plans and commercial strategic are applied on store level
23. Work closely with department managers and teams in order to develop their skills
24. Develop and prepare operation training program to graduate new managers.
25. Develop the yearly Manpower plan and assist in the overseas recruitment.
1. Prepare annual budget, forecast and business plan for the outlet/s & frees style standing
2. Prepare, implement and execute critical path for new F&B outlet openings
3. Develop and implement F&B policies and procedures
