• Carrying out cooling load calculations (by using HAP Program), Design drawings and equipment selection (Chillers, Air Handling Units, DX Package, Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Split Units and Ventilation Fans).
Operation and Maintenance for Natural Gas Engine Generator Stations and Low Voltage Electrical Station.
•Generator Type: WAUKSHA ENGINATOR, 12 CYLINDER V Type, 4-VALVES for each one and 1 MW rated power.
•The skills which I keeping during my work in maintenance:
1- Oil change and Valve clearance adjusting.
2-Change the following parts if damage or lifetime end:
Spark plug, cooling control valves “thermostat” for water and oil circuit, cooling water circuit belt, air filter and carburettor.
3- Change Cylinder Head if there where leakage around exhaust valve seats.
4- Solving Control and Power circuit problem.
5- Check on Motor Conditions.
Contributed with Wauksha engineer during the overhaul:
Duties:
•Learn how discard, inspect, replace or reinstall for Pistons and Liners.
•Install O-Ring, Gaskets, Piston rings and Connecting rods bearings.
•Inspect turbochargers, Waste gates and Water pumps jacket and auxiliary.
•Replace thermostat.
