IT Infrastructure Planning & Design Management

• Support review of IT infrastructure planning activities / initiatives in order to understand the current capabilities and limitations of the supporting IT infrastructure and recommend solutions to facilitate the development and maintenance of a scalable and agile IT infrastructure meeting KFH operational and capacity requirements.

• Design and coordinate operations of assigned IT infrastructure aspects in order to facilitate achievement of KFH operations.

• Carry out the implementation of proper monitoring tools as per defined procedures to provide support to all internal IT entities and KFH business with the monitoring facilities to facilitate achievement of effective IT operations.

• Coordinate with IT Operations and IT Performance Management where required to monitor infrastructure performance and availability.

• Conduct root cause analyses of issues related to infrastructure design and report to superior to facilitate successful rectification of problems to ensure high availability of systems and networks in line with agreed SLAs.

• Coordinate with project managers from IT Solutions Delivery and Demand Planning to facilitate successful execution of planned IT projects, including network performance and support, as per defined OLAs and SLAs.

• Assist in the development of required training and documentation for the support staff on received updates and fixes for infrastructure to facilitate effective system administration.
Statement and Reports

• Prepare functional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet KFH requirements, policies and standards.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

• Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
