• Designing, implementing and overseeing operational aspects of the legal department, including financial management, budgeting and contract management.
• Handling the legal aspects of the company's joint ventures projects in the GC area (Saudi Arabia and Oman) including review and drafting of the relevant agreements (shareholders agreements, joint ventures and SPA(s)).
• Managing a team of three lawyers and one paralegal to ensure smooth and timely deliverables.
• Managing and coordinating litigation with existing external counsels as well as identifying and selecting new firms and managing the RFP lifecycle.
• Reviewing, drafting and advising different stakeholders with regards to all types of contracts concluded by the Company.
• Liaising and negotiating with the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on public private projects.
• Mitigating business risks by reviewing the contracts and potential problematic clauses.
