• Managing company staff.
• Onboarding newcomers to the company.
• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
• Implementing internal policies and procedures (Promotion and Transfer).
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
• Coordination with all Departments to specify exact workforce required based on a study to actual work load.
• Coordinating for all the international and national Hiring with outsource agencies.
• Contributing with Departments in the interview processes.
• Developing Saudization plan, in coordination with departments’ managers and execution & follow up of this plan after being approved from authorized personnel.
• Agency Management (Sourcing, Evaluation, Agreements, Invoicing).
Delivering training courses on The Importance of Behavior, Communication, Business Etiquette, Time Management, Vision and Values, Work Compentencies, Cultural Awareness, Self Awareness, Building Assertiveness, Offering Constructive Feedback, Coaching and Feedback, Selling Skills, Managing Sales & Promotions, Customer Service, Cashier, Loss Prevention, Evacuation and CPR.
Carrying out post courses evaluation.
Contributing to curricula and test development activities and materials.
Assisting in field coaching
