•To ensure that a customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, this includes greetings and acknowledging every customer.
•Assist in all stores operational task.
•Maintain a solid communication and feedback relationship with the store management.
•Recommends product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
•Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current stocks in- store.
•Assist with in store Merchandising.
•Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
•Monitors stocks weekly to achieve bottom line sales budget against monthly targets.
•Ensures that all staffs follow department policies and procedures.
•Ensures service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.
•Handle cash registers and manage cash receivables and payables.
•Balances the cash register at the end of the shift and ensure any obvious discrepancies are properly addressed.
•Filing all the documents such as daily sales reports, merchants copies, return, exchanges & refunds receipt for future reference.
•Processes returns and check to see if items are damaged.
•Preparing and sending sales reports.
•Training new joiners to operate the POS machine and updating the procedures.

•Demonstrate and explain the product features and benefits.
•Merchandising the products and maintain an inviting sales floor.
•Replenishments of the stocks.
•Consolidate the fast and moving selling items from other branches.

•Receiving and sending deliveries thru Sim oracle.
