1- Responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely data in the company's systems on a real time basis.
2- Ensure new comer have all required documents in place before commencing employment to the company.
3- Keep HMs informed of the mobilization process and progress of their respected candidates.
4- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment when inquiries are raised by the candidate at any stage of the mobilization process.
5- Share with HR services and HMs when needed.
6- Provide close follow up and constant feedback to hiring managers, HRBPs and TA team on the estimate/planned hire date of the selected candidate.
7- Be the interface between the new comer and company's right after the acceptance of the job offer for all formalities from the request of the work visa till joining for overseas candidates.
8- Be the interface between the new local new comers both Saudis and expats “With Transferable Visa”.
9- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software at the company through the acceptance of the offer letter phase to on-boarding.
10- Develop relationships with third party overseas visa agencies and visa processing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process from visas process to deployment of candidates to KSA.
11-Manage and issue a monthly Mobilization dashboard with pre-set KPIs.
