• Prepared and issued construction-ready tender, permit, shop, and IFC drawings for school and residential
villa projects, including site layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Assisted in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and preliminary cost estimates, while reviewing
reinforcement details and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), verifying quantities, concrete grades, and
construction requirements to support accurate project documentation and project execution.

preparing construction drawings, permit drawings, site layouts, and project documentation using AutoCAD.
• Developed detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, including
floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), landscape layouts, and
client presentation renderings.
• Worked closely with clients throughout the design process, translating requirements into practical and
aesthetically functional solutions while coordinating design development, material selection, and drawing
revisions.
