I am working as CCR operator, I am responsible of operating vertical raw mill ATOX and cement tube mill and lime stone hummer crusher.
operating the above equipment with maximum production and minimum production cost.
to report and follow up any problems occurred in my area.
take appropriate actions to solve problems and to keep the equipment save.
I am working as x-ray quality control engineer. our main objective is to control cement at all stages of its process and minimize standard deviation of the product properties and to produce a product that can compete in the market only by its greatest quality.
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
