•Functional tasks:
- Preparation of monthly work plans, monthly and quarterly reports and submitted to the project manager.
- Coordinate the work of the field surveys of the project, and design the survey forms in proportion to the data to be collected. And design of data dump forms. And extract the results.
- Follow-up of the Task Force in the implementation of the Plan of Activities.
- Budget and procurement management.
- Preparation of technical reports required for donors and government agencies.
- Coordinate the selection of the target group of young women entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate the implementation of capacity-building and hand-crafts training , Marketing Training and Financial Management training for women entrepreneurs of the project.
- Facilitate and arrange for events and visits to the program.
- Directorate of Agriculture - Directorate of Health ....... etc.) - -
- Assist in building the capacity of the project team through technical training.
- Fully responsible for assessing financial requirements for activities, preparation of financial claim, and follow-up of the disbursement process on activities. And then settled financially with the financial director of the project.
- Archive all documents for projects and keep a copy of them in the work office in Assiut.
- Added to other tasks.
