ROLE - To provide full secretarial and administrative support to Line Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive visitors and management diary of line manager, including dealing with complaints and referring as appropriate.
Deal with internal and external mails both in soft and hard copy.
Register all documents, files and store appropriately
Maintain full record of confidentiality of files
Organise and take minutes at Departmental meetings.
Provide secretarial support to committee meetings, prepare reports and minute the meetings
Prepare a variety of reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Manage office logistics including transport needs, stationery, etc.
Purchase and distribute telephone cards monthly to management and other staff
Manage travel arrangements for travelling staff
Perform any other duties assigned by line manager from time to time.
