Operation Executive
Managing daily end-to-end ecommerce operations
▪ Account Management: Managing merchant panel of leading ecommerce websites like Amazon,
Flipkart, Quick Commerce, CRM, Brand Website etc.
▪ Handling Inbound sales and ecommerce sales
▪ Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display
advertising campaigns.
▪ Managing and optimizing our Facebook and Instagram profiles for enhanced engagement.
▪ Implementing effective SEO strategies to rank higher on search engines.(OFF PAGE, ON PAGE,
TECHNICAL). White hat, Black hat & Grey hat.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, content writers, and web
developers to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
▪ Create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels including website, blog, social media,
email, and paid ads.
▪ Setting up dealer and distributor network
▪ Product pricing calculation, drafting proposals & pricing catalog for distributors and dealer
▪ Ordering the stock whenever required
▪ Creating Invoice (ZOHO) Strategizing social media campaigns, website content development etc.
▪ All SKUs Update to A+ Content and Also Create a Brand Store
▪ Running DOD, Lighting Deals, Money Off, Buy 1 Get 1 Free.
▪ Listing all new product across all marketplaces & Wordpress Website.
▪ Find Keywords for organic search visibility
▪ Generating title, bullet points and product description
▪ Daily, Weekly, Monthly sale reports and payment reconciliation
▪ Order tracking, Order status, Return Management
