• Provides foreman with the schedule of activities to be carried out on daily basis.
• Oversees the selection and requisition of materials and plant, and ensure that all materials used are as per specifications.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors.
• Coordinates with client representatives and attends site meetings.
• Ensures that works are in accordance to quality and safety standards are carried out.
• Checks plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and prepare reports as required.
• Assists the Construction Manager in examining construction drawings and highlighting any discrepancies and coordinates with the Shop Drawing Architect for all related plans and drawings.
• Plans and supervises all construction activities on site from A to Z (Concrete, Finishing, Hardscape, Landscape, etc...)
• Reviews requests issued by foreman in relation to the performance of planned site activities.
• Performs quantity take off calculations as required.
• Monitors the progress of activities against planned schedules.
