Network & System Administrations; LAN, WAN, Firewall, Scanning, Printers, Creating new user accounts
IT Assets(Hardware & Software) Managements, backups, data recovery, updates, maintenance & repairs
Cloud base application development, MySQL Server, ERP system
Supervision of all Point of Sales (POS) across all outlets
Onsite & Remotely Assistance
CCTV operations and maintenance
Liaison with vendors to procure standards equipment's as required by company policies
Training of new staff on the operating of all IT types of equipment.
Network Administration, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Routing & Switching, Troubleshooting.
Hardware & Software installation and configuration, scanning, printer
Creating users accounts for new staffs
Server MySQL & Database management, Tally, Navision ERP, Data entry, System Recovery, Updates, and Backups
Training of new staffs on IT usage and company's regulation.
Make sure all IT types of equipment are on standards IT protocols
Monitoring CCTV, footage, and daily supervision across all stores.
Support the stores On-site & Remotely when called on.
Enumeration Process on Project-415 on -Phase-1 of the year, 2018/2019
Trained on Energy metering (Postpaid, prepaid, unmetered) customers
Trained online disconnection, Billings, Customers Services Tech, Electricity theft, maintenance.
The project works reports, with senior ICT Staffs on performances reports at sites and also highlighting technical issues that may have resulted in unresolved challenges, and as well treated.
