Handle full spectrum of purchasing functions which are consolidated in KSA HQ
Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with providers to strive for the best contract terms
Evaluate providers pricelist/ quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required
Advise internal and external on issues regarding pricing Terms & Conditions
Prepare data or reports to support procurement strategy and cost down analysis
* Responsible for auditing all patients Approvals and down payment.
* Enhance billing workflow, finalize bills and monitoring team work in assigned units .
* Reporting to business office manger on daily basis and contact our branches for updates needed in our system
* Coordinate with claims team and approval office and insurance companies to insure no rejection cases will be found every month upon
claiming with companies
* Dealing with finance department regarding refunds/shortages / deposit any fund we receive.
* Dealing with lands, designs, construction, developing, and marketing of buildings for our clients.
* Reported to Investors on a quarterly basis on return of investments, new projects/acquisitions and progress reports.
* Return on Investment (ROI) for investors never fell below 15% per annum.
* Managing our clients properties, find clients wither for rent or sell
* Arrange meetings and programs to clients.
* Responsible for generating new business from prospective clients, monitor profit and loss, stocks, and administration of stores
* Dealing with Lands and turn out a mortgage starting form 10.000.000 Dollars up to 500.000.000 Dollars .
* working with ''Saderat Programm" Government section.
* Managing the office and doing al the papers works and review the contracts and business offer, research, scheduling, travel
arrangements
* Running out a government mortgages to funding projects around the world .
* Reported to the Operation Manager daily,
* Responsible for the sales, marketing, closing deals, find clients for Scrap, MTN, PPP, banking investments and real state developers, food
company
* Generate 3 successful transaction per month.
* Doing researches and develop work starting all the time
