• To manage day to day customer Service activities and tasks within the Gulf Region, in order to meet Al Rifai, Elite & Multitrend’s short and long term objectives of understanding and delivering customer needs. • Handling customers feedbacks and complaints; following up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. • Interacts with the sales staff for suggestions/complaints and taking action to resolve or implement them. • Implement and manage rewarding system for the staff. • Manage the Mystery Shopping Program - For Kuwait, UAE, KSA and Qatar. • Hunt for the right quality of mystery shoppers and conduct interviews with each one. • Follow up with Mystery Shoppers on regular basis and discuss their evaluations. • Assist in the Report Mystery shopping findings in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Kuwait, UAE, KSA and Qatar. • Manage weekly/monthly prizes for the staff and supporting the rewards process (e.g. organizing ceremonies, trophies, gifts). • Manage the Rewards & Motivation programs. • Quarterly rewards based on the mystery shopping results for the four regions. • Assist in the Team building events.
