 Staffing systems, tracking reporting and analysis - ERP systems.
 Managed on-boarding, relocation, immigration and orientation programs other responsibilities.
 Ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Controlling employee notices and corrective action.
 Working closely with legal representatives. Responding to official Audits.
 Assisting with establishing/coordinating Company practices, policies and procedures.
 Panel member for interviews in filling leadership positions.
 Maintains employee performance management systems and processes.
 Reviewing training programs, monitors attendance, punctuality absenteeism matters.
Key engagements / assignments included:
o Developed entire employee filing, recording system, intiated contracts compliance.
o Assigned Govt relations to manage all employee related interactions with Ministries.

 Managing the compensation & benefits schemes for expats & nationals.
 Anticipate future staffing requirements in line with strategic plans.
 Heading the Qatarization Vision for the company and identifying strategic positions.
 Manage the Staff Cost Budget on a yearly basis - review and analysis before submission.
 Provide leadership to office staff in relation to HR and all Administrative activities.
 Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
 Overseeing and directing press releases / media info, exhibitions, events.
 Represent Al Meera at the Ministry of Labour in pursuit of company interests.
 Manage and Liaise with authorities to secure permissions and permits as necessary.
 Work directly with legal adviser to resolve serious HR related issues with authorities.
 Managing the yearly appraisal system and monitoring performance appraisal.
 Ensure that cross organisation training and development programmes are put in place.
 Acting as focal point for all matters related to Accommodation, Transport, Immigration & Insurance.

o Fully incharge of the team to study / source and implement 3rd party contractual workers.
