Organize all after sales activities in the department to make sure that all customers’ queries are attended on time and with expected quality
The main duties:

- Prepare and follow-up quotations for customers and representatives
- Process all spare parts orders from replacement up to shipment
- Meet the spare sales budget as specified by the service manager.
- Prepare spare parts inventory planning and control reports for orders and stock inventory
- Maintain records of all spare activities including quotations, orders in folders, OCM and CRM.
- Submit monthly reports about expected orders (booking and sales) to direct manager.
- Sell and market training courses
- Organize and manage the available resources to conduct training courses
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with potential customers and references.
- Maintain training inventory and laboratory setup.
- Service scheduling for service engineers, estimating service cost, process service orders.
- Customer screening and assuring that the customers are in compliance with company's regulations.

- Perform and coordinate all order fulfillment activities
- Daily review of open order report
- Identify and document any price discrepancies and report to sale
- Establish and maintain customer master files in SAP
- Process export documentation to meet regional customs and transportation
Regulations and customer delivery requirements
- Coordinate activity with distribution facilities for local stock shipments and with
Supply points for direct shipments
- Communication with SAP regarding credit issues, documentary operations.
- Data Management

- Statistical Analysis of beverage and water processes
- Laboratory equipment calibration
- Chemical, physical and Microbiological analysis of beverage and water
- Raw material inspection
- Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, safety and environment follow up audit
- Internal quality audit
