- Accountable for the financial environment and risk management operations of the company
- Development of a financial strategy, and metrics tied to that strategy
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

Accounting:
• Responsible of establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
• Supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete and as per company policy/accounting & audit standards.
• Prepare month end closing schedules according to IFRS and Group standards; execute entries into the system ensuring timely closing of all accounts.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Reporting:
• Reviewing the Monthly financial reports for all associations
• Conduct profit and cost analyses
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
Legal & Audit:
• Liaise with auditors in managing audit process to ensure timely reporting to Group, local authorities and third parties.
• Support the Finance Manager on drafting annual financial statements.
• Prepare VAT submission in accordance with Saudi law.
Other:
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Identify accounting gaps and make suggestions on improvements on automation to align accounting process with ERP systems used by the company.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement, make proposal for operational changes.
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the company by providing financial advice and
support to enable them to make sound business decisions.
Accounting:
• Ensure accounting and financial information are accurate and timely recorded into company’s financial systems.
• review and post ledger entries.
• Ensure monthly commission calculation is aligning with approved schemes.
• Review employees expense claim against policy.
• Ensure timely submission of intercompany invoices to related parties.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation with related parties
Reporting:
• Support Finance Manager on preparation of MIS report to specific deadlines.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly cash flow report and ensure company meets cash flow targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR report.
• Prepare weekly revenue against budget.
• Training and supervising new accountant employees, interns
• Meet with loan applicants and interview them
• Collect clients’ financial information (e.g. taxes, debts)
• Analyze and evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan
• Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications
• Ensure data are in line with federal rules
Contribute to the promotion of the assigned sector’s business development activities including the development of global investment cases
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to business development growth plans in generating and upgrading associated policies and procedures
• Prepare a Feasibility Study includes pricing strategy, marketing plan, cost analyses and comparative financial data to support findings.
• Evaluate of market trends and maintaining relationships with Investors and relevant Stakeholders
Forecast and manage cash flows in Banking Operations Division
• Mitigate the company's exposure to foreign exchange fluctuations in Financial Risk Management
• Utilize Bloomberg, S&P, Fitch, and Moody's analytics software for research regarding company's long-term
investments in bonds
• Prepare monthly Bank Limit Review reports including Credit Default Swaps in Credit Analysis Division.
