• Assisting Operation Controller in preparing all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting matters for the assigned cost centers(either rigs or support functions).
• Complete recurring journal vouchers in a timely manner as required by the monthly close schedule.
• Ensure all month-end adjustment journal entries are recorded in due time. Assist Operations Controller in preparing Revenue Flash report with relevant comments.
• Assist Operation Controller in preparing consolidated financial results for operations (Operation statistic, FAR list report, Inventory report, DSS Report, Rig move report, DSO, CAPEX spending/commitments, etc.)
• Assist Operation Controller in preparing a monthly financial analysis of operating results and key metrics compared to Budget / Forecast scenarios and prior periods. Review with Rig Manager and Operations Controller at the individual cost center level working assumptions and scenarios as per our latest thinking.

• Assist the Operations Controller in preparing and discussing with Operations Manager trends analysis (revenue, operating cost, DSO, inventory, etc.)
• Worked On Accounts Payable, Petty Cash Controlling And Entering In Focus & ERP (All Branches) Petty Cash Distribution.
• Customer Contract Cancellation & Refund.
• Supporting Monthly Financial Reports To Management.
• Audit, Process & Pay Vendor Invoices In An Accurate & Timely Manner
• Created and maintained an accurate general ledger, resulting in accurate financial reporting and analysis
