Job Duties
• Designing projects in compliance with municipal laws and regulations and preparing detailed working drawings.
• Utilizing architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office to create visually appealing project presentations.
• Collaborating and interacting with multidisciplinary teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of dynamic solution architectures that align with client's business requirements and strategic goals.
• Establishing and evolving architectural standards, reference models, guidelines, and principles.
• Engaging in discussions with clients and engineering team members to determine project requirements.
• Conducting research to gather necessary information for project planning and development.
• Developing construction specifications and procedures to ensure project requirements are met.
• Evaluating and recommending appropriate building materials and construction techniques.
• Ensuring that construction plans adhere to building codes and regulatory guidelines.
• Establishing and monitoring construction work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Preparing contract documents and reviewing and evaluating tenders for construction projects.
• Coordinating architectural drawings with structural and all other services drawings to ensure harmonized design integration.
-Follow up on updates by Governmental Authorities on Building Codes, Regulations and Public-Private-Partnership announcements
-Prepare Property/ Land Studies based on top management requests, in coordination with concerned departments
-Design projects according to the municipal laws and preparing working drawings.
-Using architectural programs (AutoCAD - 3dmax-Adope Photoshop - Microsoft office- Revit) for
projects presentation.
-Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
-Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other
regulations.
-Co-ordination of architectural drawings with structural and all services drawings.
-Prepare Criteria for selecting consultants
-Conduct on-board reviews for the design at different stages in coordination with concerned Departments & the Preparation of the Tender Docs.
-follow up on receiving statutory approval from authorities
-Follow up with the consultant on the tender reviews, evaluation and reporting
Review consultant’s report .
-perform value-engineering exercise if required
