Rumailah Farm is a new dairy plant that produces fresh jersey milk, without added hormones, chemicals, or sugar. milk is 100% produced in Fujairah. the plant started in 2019 and has a capacity of 2000 L/H. Rumailah farm is the fast-growing dairy industry under good leadership in Fujairah.
• Planning, scheduling & implementation of preventive maintenance
operations. documentation of asset and reported to plant manager.
• Responsible for the maintenance of homogenizer, chiller unit, filling machine
labeling machines etc.
• Developing Best practices, improving asset performance and utilization.
• Production controlling and handling of labeling machine.
• Used preventive maintenance tools, Practiced and Facilitated 5S.
Volvo construction equipment India (VCE) Bangalore is specialized in the production of crawler
excavators, soil compactors and asphalt pavers. Apart from manufacturing, also integrates operations
& technology in this plant. SNE is a growing small scale company which is mainly focused on the
maintenance activities at manufacturing plants.SNE is one of the key service providers of VCE.
• Coordinated with work force to achieve maintenance goals, reduced rework to less than 5% and
ensured 100% safety and quality of work.
• Led and assist team overseeing equipment maintenance and inspection in the plant. Identified
equipment failures and root causes.
• Controlled and in charge of maintenance activities, including staff supervising and prepare schedules
and follow the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance for all the equipment’s in the
