Worked as an “Operations Engineer” at Seero Engineering Consulting company, in which my role consisted of handling and coordinating several administrative tasks related to: Processes Mapping, HR and Documents Control.
o Process Mapping Duties:
• Handle Business Process Management (BPM) for Seero (had a 3 months online training with Palma Consult Company on BPM).
• Handle process mapping of all Seero processes using BIC Cloud (building As-Is processes).
• Improve and optimize the inefficient processes (building To-Be processes).
o HR Duties:
• Handle recruitment/internships
(announce for vacancies, evaluate CVs and candidates, assist in conducting job interviews, prepare and send job offers and agreements).
• Prepare job descriptions for current and vacant positions.
• Assist in preparing legal documents and registrations for employees.
• Assist in vendor and tender registration works for the company.
• Update monthly HR statistics and organizational chart.
• Update employee career path and manage career development process of the employees.
• Manage time-off bookings for employees on Replicon.
o Document Controller Duties:
• Manage, and update the company archive.
• Manage the filing of all incoming letters/documents in the system.
• Manage the filing of the outgoing documents in the system.
• Prepare letters for general and authority purposes.
• Welcome visitors or clients and answer or refer their inquiries/answer general phone calls.
• Update Seero’s documents for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
I was under an internship as a “Quality Assurance” team member for 6 months. The internship consisted of working on several software: Masarak*, Jaspersoft, and Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software.
My role consisted of:
• Checking Masarak’s system flow and spotting areas in Masarak web portal where revisions/enhancements for texts (in English or Arabic) or functions are needed.
• Reporting any issues in Masarak web portal functions through Atlassian JIRA software to the development team of Masarak.
• Assisted in creating a user guide for Jaspersoft.
*Masarak is a transport service built by QMIC. It is a platform that focuses on road safety services and logistics management. It is an intelligent transport system that provides real time traffic information.
