I am working with Al Mulla Ecxhange as a Branch Manager
Developed and implemented a system to monitor and analyze branch performance, resulting
in improvement in branch profitability.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records and customerpersonal details.
Resolve customer complaints.
• Supervising the branch for all the operations regarding cash dealings and staff Management.
Maintain Internal Auditing / check list
• Maintaining a framework of internal controls to ensure that accounting records are complete
and accurate.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
• Maintain a backup for all the financial data. Foreign currency exchange handling.
• Documentation, Filing, Book-keeping, Cash refunding and Re-issuing
• Preparation of the daily/monthly MIS & other financial reports.
I have completed my Masters from University of Mumbai.
