I am an international freelancer and I work with professionals and individuals.
I'm able to meet customers' expectations by proposing layouts using volumes, shapes and colors, and presenting them in pencil sketches or on computer with three-dimensional design software (3Dsmax).
I have solid skills in creating renderings, imagining atmospheres and inventing original worlds and concepts.
I design 3D interiors using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software; AUTOCAD, 3DSMAX, CORONA RENDERER for rendering.
I draw up the project specifications with the list of works and quantities, taking into account the budget and technical constraints.
I draw up 2D technical plans and layout scenarios using CAD software such as AUTOCAD.
I also prepare the work organization schedule.
Production of general inspection reports for tertiary premises (located in France, Madagascar, Cameroon, DRC, Ivory Coast, Sri-Lanka, Ghana, Guinea Conakry, ..).
Drawing up special technical specifications for works.
Presentation of technical plans (layout, electricity, lighting, suspended ceilings, etc.)
Preparation of price lists and financial estimates
