Perform Administrative, sales & marketing activities effectively to strengthen the company’s image in assigned territory,
maintain business volume and gradually speed up business growth.
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Taking minutes
• Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
• Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
• General office management such as ordering stationary
• Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
• Arranging both internal and external events
• Maintaining the company social media accounts
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Management
• Adopt a strategic and systematic approach to sales & marketing of growing businesses; carry out business planning,
supervision and considering actions to stay ahead of competitive markets.
• Act as a primary source of communications information in the company, including providing training to sales staff.
• Negotiate and execute an agreement with customers authorized representatives to display/sell products and services.
Maximize implementation of agreements within the assigned territory.
• Consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Maintain and develop a good
relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• Monitor weekly sales and interpret monthly results to identify additional opportunities. Sustain sales goals and quota on a
consistent basis based on sales achievement.
• Maintain knowledge of all product lines, policies/ procedures and support services of the company. Handle product
management, create awareness and heighten brand image in the target market.
• Understand the prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact towards the business in the long run and further
devise strategies to oppose any possible business threat.
• Abreast with competitor activities, product launches, market trends & issues to design counter strategies. Oversee order
process to ensure procedures and policies are followed.
