Liaison between the Engineers, Management and Human Resource. Responsible of work sheets and Job orders, maintain tight monitor on the maintenance schedules through out the Hotel, Employees attendance hours and salaries, Electricity and fuel daily consumption/expensive, Daily work execution, stock orders and vacation schedules.
My responsibilities of an Executive Assistant requires me to deal with wide range of managerial works, providing administrative support for presidents, such as answer phones, file and manage paperwork, mail letters and purchase office supplies, register incoming and outgoing mails, keep tracks of sales performed; however, my duties go far beyond these administrative tasks. They often coordinate meetings, prepare reports and other confidential materials, arrange travel, manage expenses.
Maintaining the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing executive meetings.Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and consultants in coordinating meetings. Assist staff in presentations and summarizing reports and documents.Manage and prioritize the multiple tasks that have been assigned. Answer the phone calls to the concerned clients and party, without any delay. Schedule the travel plans of the executive management. Act as a representative of the executive in meetings, seminars and conferences. Be ready to delegate the responsibilities of the executive as per the executives' instructions and having effective decision making ability. Train new staff on the rules, regulations and execution of tasks required. Act as liaison between the staff and the human resource department.
Marconi Electrical deal with light fixtures based in Lebanon, my duties answering phone calls to the concerned clients and party, without any delay. Preparing sales invoices, monitoring stock inventory, schedule order delivery and installation. Maintain filling system and attendance. Co-ordination between Lebanon and Abu Dhabi Branch communication, before I was transferred to Abu Dhabi Branch to handle same duties over there.
