payments, charges, and outstanding balances.

Executed statutory audits for multinational clients in accordance with EY Global Audit
Methodology (GAM) and applicable auditing standards.
• Reviewed financial statements, performed substantive testing, and prepared high-quality audit
documentation and working papers.
• Collaborated with onshore teams to resolve audit queries and ensure timely completion of
engagements.
• Utilized audit analytics tools such as Data snipper, GL Analyzer, and EY Smart Sampling to
improve audit efficiency and accuracy.
• Working directly with the local team/onshore teams and resolving queries single handedly.

Assisted in the preparation and finalization of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of
clients across various industries.
• Prepared necessary documentation and supported clients with company incorporations,
including Public Limited, Private Limited, and LLP entities, ensuring full compliance with
statutory Requirements.
• Contributed to secretarial audits for public companies and accurately drafted key corporate
documents, such as board meeting minutes, shareholder resolutions, and directorial resolutions,
within required timelines.
