Writer Relocations is a division of P.N.Writer & Co., Pvt. Ltd., is among the world's most admired Move Management Enterprises providing Corporate Relocations. The other Strategic Business Units within the Writer Group provides solutions related to Information Management, Cash Management and Hospitality for Global Corporations.

Reporting to: VP - Relocation & Immigration

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the preparation and delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target with the requisite GP margins.
• Manage 'RMC' relationships for example Brookfield, Aires, Weichert, Paragon, etc., •
•Responsible for RFP/ RFI submission for both local and International client.
• Manage service agreements and interface with the in-house legal team
•Engage with client HR to design and implement ‘Relocation Service modules/package’ per Global Mobility Policy.
•Provide support with Global Mobility Policy per the relocatee profile - Local hire, Intra-India transfer, International ( Rotational, Commuter, Short Term /Long term, Permanent One way move, Foreign Local Hires, etc., ) assignee.
•Vendor Management
•Plan & manage Motivational programs for the ‘Client Service’ team.
•Manage ‘Training’ programs related to customer delight, cultural training & stress management.
•Lead a team of 40 for program delivery and growth of business in India.
•Participate in Relocation Management Company (RMC) and Client HR ‘site’ visits across India
•Responsible for Local Business Development in India.
•Monitor customer satisfaction scores (GET 5, feedback).
•Develop relationships with HR personnel / key decision makers in the client companies.
•Plan training calendar for direct reportees.

Achievements:

•Efficiently managed in excess of 2600 initiations across India in the last FY.
•Retained existing clients and grew new “Immigration” business portfolio (Home Grown).
•Developed Intra-India relocation packages for clients in the IT, Garment & Infrastructure verticals.
•Built IT platforms to support Client services team for services related to housing and settling-in services.
•Signed ‘Relocation Services’ contracts ((Home Grown) with clients across Banking & Financial Services, Infrastructure, Power, Retail, FMCG, and IT industry.
•Achieved the set AOP as Regional Manager, South India (based at Bangalore) in FY 2010-2011.
•Elevated as 'National Manager, Client Relations’ in April 2011 and moved to Mumbai.
•Achieved the set AOP as National Manager, Client Relations in FY 2011-2012
•Promoted as Country Manager - Relocation & Immigration in June 2012
•Achieved the set AOP as Country Manager - Relocation & Immigration for FY 2012-2013
•Participated in the 1st GMS training module held by the Worldwide ERC in Bangalore in November 2013.
•Completed Global Mobility Specialist (GMS ®) certification course in December 2013 from Worldwide ERC.

• Involved in administrative and team management. Responsible for streamlining in bound air & sea freight business. Key accounts management. Responsible for Air Freight operations deliverables and profit centre management of each branch with air freight division. Build new local business and negotiation of rate for better yields
Achievements:
• Successfully built new local business in South India to the tune of 20 lakh per annum.
• Built a strong base of clients for corporate imports in Chennai, most prominent of them were EID Parry, Tata Elxsi and GE.
• The average import shipments improved to 8 from 2 in six months’ time.
• Successfully brought down the rates by 10% from overseas agents due to the traffic developed for imports into India.
