JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible in taking down notes for the minutes of meeting
• Maintain the log for incoming and outgoing letters/correspondence.
• Examining the documents such as correspondence and other specification to verify completeness and accuracy of data.

• Ordering Business Card.
• Postal deliveries to and from the regional offices.
