This project is located around 4km nearby Trivandrum Techno Park. Including 5 towers of apartment buildings, 3 & 2 BHK apartments are available .Total value of this project is 500 cores INR.(aprx.) Total number of apartment is 432. This project offers calm and comfortable living near the seashore area beyond this a club house is also included which will facilitate mini super market, kids play area, gym, Swimming pool etc. The duration of this project is 1470 days.
