Responsibilities :
• Sales coordinator: Sales targeting unit.
• Follow up the targets on a daily basis.
• Update and push the sales.
• Analyze and evaluate the shops and the sales staff performance based on their sales
reports.
• Staff attendance coordination.
• Setting and planning the schedule for the staff and their vacations.
• Schedule trainings for the staff.
• Attending seasonal trainings held by suppliers.
• Implement the guidelines set by each supplier for all our fashion brands.
• prepare reports & staff evaluation.
• review current situation of employees & their sales performance.
• Route the staff for Quality control & HR for further training.
• Store audits
Responsibilities :
• Receiving calls and transferring the same to the requested person or department.
• Welcoming visitors and coordinating the visit with the concerned person in the
company.
• Receiving incoming mails, registering them in the sheet and handing over to the
Executive Partner Office from distribution.
• Receiving outgoing mails from the Executive Partner Office, registering them in the
registrar, contacting the messengers to arrange delivery.
• Receiving the signed receipt mail, registering them in the automatic letter Reference
Generator and submitting the same the Executive Partner Office.
• CRM works (entry - editing).
• Petty Cash administration.
• Coordinating with the company’s messenger (Mandoub) pertaining his daily activities.
• Reconciling expenses, Invoices and Bills.

Responsibilities :
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and
trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in
various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning)
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness
and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate
channels (social media, e-mail)
