As a Call Center Team Leader, my responsibilities include supervising and guiding agents, monitoring call quality, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. I am responsible for training new team members, providing ongoing coaching, and motivating the team to reach and exceed performance targets. I also analyze reports, handle escalated customer issues, and work closely with management to improve processes.

My main objective is to create a supportive and productive work environment that enhances customer satisfaction, improves team efficiency, and contributes to the overall success of the call center.
