• Ensure proper behaviour and conduct of children in and out the classroom.
• Consistently monitor around assigned classes for any immediate need of support for concern or issues with children.
• Maintain children's professional relationships with staff, acting as guides or advocates.
• Liaise between Teachers, Academic administrator, Academic Section Managers and Branch Coordinator about any issues or concerns concerning children's behaviour or academic-related issues.
• Liaise between branch and parents to address queries, issues or concerns.
• Follow-up attendance of children and call parents who have two consecutive absences to inquire any concern that may arise.
• Join meetings of Teachers or Branch Coordinators with parents to complete meeting logs and provide pertinent information where necessary.
• Keep a record of all children, special concerns (e.g. cause for concern), incident reports, contracts, meetings and calls made with parents.
• Keep track of children in the watch-list from the beginning of the year and address any day-to-day concern to relevant staff, coordinate children support meetings using the action plan forms and parent letters templates in Policy - Supporting Our Children.
• Keep track of updates made in watch-list by continuously updating with teachers and the Academic Administrator.
• Perform tasks in Fetch Me system at the end of each class day.
• Deliver presentations and achieve sales of GB's products and services
• Carry out Tele-sales activities as part of business development activities
• Raise the profile of GB's products and services
• Maintain contact with key potential clients
• Promote GB and its products and services
• Develop other business from customers other than salary acquisition - e.g. deposits, credit cards
• Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets
• Qualify customers for suitability
• Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate
• Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process
• Answer product queries and provide client reassurance
• Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process
• Corporate governance& compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations
• Generating reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings.
• Performing administrative duties for the sales team.
• Generating client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client queries and prepare sales documentation

• Processing payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
