• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information accurate and up to date.
• Regular review of daily submittal of document to ensure information on all records is accurate.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution.
• Ensure that all obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.
• Perform weekly and monthly report of the department according to the status and development of the project.
