field service software solution into IFS Cloud platform using GitLab, Terraform, Ansible
and Helm chart wrapped binary installer based deployment.
 Worked in CI tooling Team for updating Docker agents and maintenance of Tekton
pipelines with Argo CD, reducing deployment time contributing to the Evergreen
platform for continuous delivery.
 Completed structured prompt engineering provided by organization, and integrated AIpowered IDE tools (Github copilot, Cursor) into daily DevOps activities; reduced MTTR
through AI-assisted log analysis and RCA summarization; Initiated and prototyped a
custom AI agent (codebuilder-style) integrated with Jira workflows.
