Roles and Duties
-Implementation of Oracle HR Payroll Module in Bahria Town Private Limited.
-Timely Processing of Salaries of 04 projects (1400 Employees).
-Edition, Deletion, Bonus, Overtimes, Loans/Vehicle Deductions, Annual Increments).
-Processing Final Settlement (Arrears, and Deductions etc.)
-Monitoring Attendance Systems/Leave Records (AMS) (Bio-Metrics System).
-Clearing HR Audits Internal & External (Monthly & Yearly).
-Updating the status of employees (promoted/transferred/resigned/terminated) to generate reports.
-Coordination with Head Office in all related matters.
-Monitoring Medical Claims.
-Prepare regular benefit reports extracting data from the database.
-EOBI (EOBI-FS) (PESSI) — Labor Department’sRegistration of EOBI, Social Security.
-Liaison with EOBI, PESSI and Clear their monthly payment.
-Screening, Interviews Scheduling, Offer letter, Negotiate Salaries, on-boarding activities etc.
-Processing Offer, Appointment, Salary Increment, Warning, Bank Account Opening letters, Probation, Confirmations, Transfer letters.
-New Hiring/Replacements/Contract Renewals / Extensions.
-Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
