Creating reports and dashboards (on Power BI & Excel) to derive meaningful and actionable insights from data that help drive business decisions. Examples: eNPS, probation & leavers data,
onboarding, calculation of missed hours, and impact of policy change

Administrating various HR processes such as 360 feedback forms, talent management, and talent reviews through Qualtrics and automating the outputs using PowerBI

Automated commission schemes for Chalhoub brands using PowerBI eliminating the need for manual excel dashboards

Analyse sales & commission data to advice the business on over or under spend. Implement commission scheme changes to ensure
payouts are within budget

Automated HR processes through Qualtrics Life Cycle - XM, moving to a paperless experience and reducing speed of execution. Examples: candidate experience, on-boarding experiences, probations, and exit interviews

Conducted adhoc research studies to influence and implement new HR policies. Examples; medical insurance policy, annual leave balances, air ticket fare adjustments, & impact of missed hours
