Analyse survey response and focus group data of Chalhoub employees using Qualtrics XM and PowerBI
Identify KPIs and produce insights to improve employee experience for front -liners, back office, and support service teams
Organize and plan employee engagement activities such as annual people experience events, employee journey mapping focus groups, & people experience GM meetings
Reviewed management practices and their impact on the employee experience. Focusing on activities based on manager support, work life balance, & wellbeing
Created a database that tracks industry metrics for Airbus and other manufacturers e.g. in-service, aircraft orders, deliveries, and backlogs
Contributed to the marketing activity of the team highlighting added value of Airbus products and market share versus competition
